THE LITTLEST BAND was started by musician Curtis Killian after he had spent over seven years performing with various kids music programs in and around Boston, MA, and not being satisfied with the quality of the music or programs. He wanted it to be more fun, more interactive, and include music that wouldn’t drive parents nuts! So he got to work writing his own, inventive kids’ music, and workshopping it with the best audience ever– kids!
His program became in demand, and would include interactive music making, where the kids become the band! Geared towards ages 0-4, and then expanded classes to include school-age children, Curtis is also joined by his partner Stephanie Saunders, who helps with dance, interactive puppetry, art and yoga.
